Return Policy

Due to the service orientation and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive an item that is damaged or expired, please contact us for a resolution.

What Locations do you Deliver to?

Please note, that some hotels charge a handling fee to receive your packages. Disney hotels charge around $6 (plus gratuity) to deliver directly to your room. Just call down to bell services.

  • Fort Wilderness (including Cabins and Campsites)

  • Swan and Dolphin
  • Wilderness Lodge (including Boulder Ridge and Copper Creek)

We may be able to deliver to some additional local businesses and hotels in Celebration and the surrounding areas. Please reach out via this form to see if we can deliver to those locations.

Some products are available shipped USPS or UPS to your home. All of our products will mention in the description if this is available, or you may click the “home delivery” category to easily filter just those products.

How Will My Product be Delivered?

  1. Your basket is custom-created for you.
  2. Your order is personally hand-delivered to the hotel that you choose at checkout.
  3. Your baskets will be waiting for you at bell services (or sometimes bell services will bring them to your room).

Can You Leave My Basket in My Room?

Unfortunately for your safety and our drivers, Disney and other hotels do not allow us to leave deliveries inside of your room.

However, if you are staying at one of the Fort Wilderness cabins or campsites, we may be able to deliver to your door. If you have ordered “to the door delivery” at one of these locations and do not answer the door, your basket will be taken to guest services.

Also, bell services will often be delivered to your room for a $6 fee (plus gratuity).
